Terms and conditions of use

Rule 1

Contact the seller via phone or email and don't send money direct to the seller if you are not sure and haven't already business with. Saletaro is not responsible if you send money direct to unverified sellers. Verified sellers has verify sign from Saletaro on their profile, so if you are not sure pls contact Saletaro support TM before you send money to the seller/vendor

Rule 2

Saletaro has different payment methods. You can choose to pay by with (cheque) or bank transfer. As soon as the payment is confirmed by the Saletaro Finance Department, the delivery will be released with the delivery type you have already selected. You can also pay with mobile payments such as SAHAL, EVPLUS, E-DAHAB, TAAJ, SAAD, M-pesa, etc.

Ensure that you always communicate and state the order number and payment details, etc. Saletaro support TM will help you in the best way.

Rule 3

Seller/vendor, if you are an independent seller or vendor "unverified" you acknowledge and agree that this service is a modern marketplace for you to make your "offline business into online business" any contract of sale made through the Saletaro services directly between you and the customer you are responsible for. You are the seller of record for all items you sell through the Services. You are responsible for the creation and operation of your Saletaro Store, your Materials, the goods and services that you may sell through the Saletaro Services, and all aspects of the transactions between you and your customer(s). This includes, but is not limited to, authorizing the charge to the customer in respect of the customer’s purchase, refunds, returns, fulfilling any sales or customer service, fraudulent transactions, required legal disclosures, regulatory compliance, alleged or actual violation of applicable laws (including but not limited to consumer protection laws in any jurisdiction where you offer products or services for sale), or your breach of these Terms.
